A note from the founder
Designing software that solves real problems is what I enjoy doing. LogSure started when a friend's business needed a way to prove work was being done across their sites, and nothing out there did it properly. So I built it. They still use it every day, and now other businesses do too.
My focus is on keeping LogSure clean and simple on top but powerful under the hood, so it's genuinely useful in the real world. I try to stick to one rule: anything you need should take a few taps at most. People doing the work don't want more software; they want to finish the job and get on.
The best part for me is still the human connection. Talking to business owners, managers and frontline users to find the hidden pain points, and hearing that LogSure has made a real difference to their work and the service they give their clients.
Getting direct feedback from our users at all levels is really important to me. If you've got an idea or a gripe, I want to hear it.
