How do I connect LogSure to an MCP client?

Add https://mcp.logsure.dev/mcp as the remote MCP URL. ChatGPT connects through LogSure OAuth. Claude, Codex, and other compatible clients can use a revocable API token from LogSure Settings -> API & Integrations.

Why can't I complete tasks through the Claude extension?

Many LogSure tasks require photo verification for quality control. These tasks must be completed through the LogSure mobile app to maintain audit compliance and ensure proper documentation.

The extension isn't showing my tasks. What should I check?

Check that your API token is valid and has not been revoked in LogSure Settings → API & Integrations. If the token is active, contact support as there may be a permissions issue with your account.
