Contact our support team at support@logsure.io with your organisation name and we'll provide your user ID and organisation ID. For security, Firebase credentials are provided by your organisation's LogSure administrator.

Verify your authentication configuration is correct (user ID, organisation ID, Clerk token). If the credentials are correct, contact support as there may be a permissions issue with your account.
