How do I get my LogSure user credentials for the Claude extension?

Contact our support team at support@logsure.io with your organisation name and we'll provide your user ID and organisation ID. For security, Firebase credentials are provided by your organisation's LogSure administrator.

Why can't I complete tasks through the Claude extension?

Many LogSure tasks require photo verification for quality control. These tasks must be completed through the LogSure mobile app to maintain audit compliance and ensure proper documentation.

The extension isn't showing my tasks. What should I check?
