Talk to SalesA work item is an issue, a parent task, or a subtask, counted in the month it's completed (tasks) or resolved (issues). Open items don't count, however many you store. Prices exclude local taxes where applicable.
No hard caps. Go over your plan's monthly work items and the extra work items are simply billed at your plan's work-item rate — you're never blocked mid-month.
