Connect ChatGPT to LogSure as a custom MCP app. Approved users can ask about operational work, create or update permitted records, and keep actions inside LogSure's normal permission and audit model.

Use ChatGPT with LogSure tools for tasks, issues, clients, locations, chat, operational briefings, and workload checks.

Permission checked

LogSure derives the user and organisation from OAuth and applies the same role and visibility boundaries as the app.

Revocable access

Users can revoke active ChatGPT connections from LogSure Settings -> API & Integrations.

Setup outline

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web and go to Settings -> Apps.
  2. Use developer mode or your workspace app settings to create a custom MCP app.
  3. Enter the LogSure MCP server URL: https://mcp.logsure.dev/mcp.
  4. Complete the LogSure OAuth flow when ChatGPT opens the browser consent screen.

Current limitations

  • Setup is done in ChatGPT on the web, not the Mac app.
  • ChatGPT workspace controls may require an admin or owner to create or approve the custom app.
  • Tasks that require photo evidence are best completed in the LogSure mobile app.
