Our commitment

ALL SURE LTD, trading as LogSure, is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility standard.

How we support accessibility

Accessibility is part of our design, development, and review process. Our ongoing work includes:

• automated accessibility testing across public pages;
• manual checks for keyboard use, focus order, readable contrast, zoom, and responsive layouts;
• reviewing headings, links, images, forms, and interactive controls for clear structure and alternatives; and
• addressing accessibility issues as part of regular product maintenance.

Automated tools cannot find every barrier, so we combine them with manual testing and feedback from people using LogSure.

Third-party services

Some links or embedded services are provided by third parties. We encourage those providers to offer accessible experiences and will help users find an alternative way to complete a task where reasonably possible.

Report an accessibility issue

If you find an accessibility barrier or need information in a different format, email support@logsure.io. Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.

We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
